Our Day Program includes:

Bridge Program

The Bridge program bridges the gap between high school and adulthood.


We focus on basic core knowledge, daily life skills, and vocational readiness skills. While applying our skills in the community we live in.

 

Participants enjoy:

  • adaptive yoga

  • lifelong learning lessons

  • community outings

  • books

  • fun and fulfilling activities that engage and inspire

  • and positive relationships with peers

 

Payment options:  

     self pay, DDA self-directed and LISS funding 

Social Programs

Community Compass

Our Community Compass program helps you navigate through social relationships in a safe and accepting environment.

We focus on organic socialization, structured activities, and personal enrichment.

 

Tuesdays 3pm - 5pm.

 

You can book online or drop in!Check out our calendar on facebook for our monthly schedule. 

Pricing: $10 at the door or purchase a punch pass on line for $90 (10 sessions).

Every client must:


• Be a minimum of 18 years old
• Have a primary diagnosis of intellectual or developmental disability or cognitive delay
• Be free of aggressive or threatening behaviors
• Have the ability to ambulate and transfer independently
• Be able to perform activities of daily living independently with prompting, cueing, and reminders
• Be able to follow a schedule of training and activity

Introducing our new endeavor:  Tidal Learning Co.

Tidal Learning Co. creates purposeful sensory kits for children, thoughtfully assembled by adults with special needs through the Chesapeake Connection Bridge Program.  Rooted in Southern Maryland, we support hands on learning for children while fostering growth in vocational readiness for adults with disabilities.
